Main material and the consumption quantity
The main material is cut-pieces of polypropylene. The required quality and quantity
is as under:

Processing technique
This processing line applies cut-pieces of polypropylene as the main material. The
material is screw-extruded and melt spun to filament yarn. The yarn is cooled
by side-blew air, air-drafted and then laid to form a sheet. After the sheet is
consolidated by heat calendar, the fabric is rolled and separated into small rolls
of finished product. 


The processing line can be divided into the following sections:
General facilities: including the factory's strong-current and weak-current electricity
distribution, air-conditioning, cooling system, etc.
Spinning section: including feeding of polypropylene cut-pieces, screw-extrusion
and melt spinning.
Fiber sheet section: including sheet-forming, heat calendaring and rolling.
Roll separating section: including separating the big rolls into small rolls and
package of the small rolls.
The working time is considered as 4 groups in 3 shifts per day (8 hours per shift)
and 333days per year. The total working hour is 8000 hours.
